I have a variety of interests. I LOVE, Love, love to read—it comes with the territory as I am a librarian; I have a ******s from the University of North Texas. Don’t worry! I am about as UN-librarian as you can get and not have a part time job as a stripper. I love to cook and bake from scratch, and I am quite accomplished with it, so says my family, friends, and co-workers. I enjoy cross-stitching and embroidering and arts and crafts; although, I usually don’t have the time to do much. I love storytelling and I am a member of the Houston Storyteller’s Guild—in fact I was just selected to perform on KPFT and in this past Tellebration! I run/jog/walk, workout, and dance—I’m saving up for the pole.

I believe in tikkun olam--the Jewish concept that it is up to US to heal the world, so I volunteer. I just started with Assisthers and I have been volunteering with the Holocaust Museum at the front desk. Since my BA is in Holocaust Studies, and I am looking into a second ******s in Holocaust Studies, I hope to be a docent with them.
